You can substitute the meat in any menu item for refried beans (which are vegan) for no extra cost. You can also order anything "fresco style," which means they replace any dairy (cheese, sour cream, etc.) with a yummy Fiesta Salsa, also at no extra cost. One of our favorite menu items: Hard (or soft) fresco-style bean tacos. Get a 10-pack for about 8 bucks. One of the easiest ways to eat out as a vegan!
