Noodles & Company offers a great vegan-friendly menu with ethnic cuisine from around the world. Beware, as some dishes can be a little spicy. But everything is outstanding, and the portions are great. All reasonably priced considering the quality and portion size. Menu has all vegetarian items clearly marked. Ambience is classy and modern.
